Join us for an all-star lineup of artists this summer at our Bigfork and Whitefish galleries! We are honored to host Amy Brakeman Livezey, Richie Carter, John Isaiah Pepion, Greg Scheibel, and Donald Yatomi for our 2025 solo shows. Read on to learn more about each artist!

Amy Brakeman Livezey

 

Helena artist Amy Brakeman Livezey's work combines figures from historic photographs with contemporary expressionist fields of shape and color. She is known for her expressive abstract realism that embodies her love for the human form, portraiture, and rural life.

Richie Carter

 

Flathead Valley artist Richie Carter is primarily an oil painter known for his depictions of the Montana landscape and contemporary floral still life. His acclaimed paintings explore emotion through landscape and light.

John Isaiah Pepion

 

John Isaiah Pepion is an acclaimed artist, muralist and educator who hails from the Blackfeet Nation in northern Montana. His plains graphic art combines traditional design and contemporary illustrations to create a signature look that is instantly recognized throughout the country.

Greg Scheibel

 

Bozeman artist Greg Scheibel paints remote and beautiful locations the West, often on site 'en plein air.' His passion for hiking, fishing, and backpacking inform his landscape paintings. He is a Signature Member of The Oil Painters of America.

Donald Yatomi

 

Kalispell artist Donald Yatomi is an oil painter known for his contemporary urban themes. His work explores the routine and mundane of uncelebrated spaces. Born in Okinawa, Japan, Donald has been painting for over 30 years.
