presentation, meet preservation.

Your artwork’s safety and presentation is at the forefront of everything we do. We attend at least one industry event per year to see the latest products available and to take classes offered by industry giants. Our goal is to insure that our knowledge and techniques are as current and correct as can be.

Whatever the project, we work to take the best possible care of the things we frame so that they are showcased for years to come without damage caused by improper packaging.

bring your vision to life!

When selecting our inventory, we seek out the unusual, the unique, and the spectacular. From a simple black moulding to handmade leather frames, we can find the perfect match for your artwork.  We've done everything from custom mat cuts to rotating frames.

How much does custom framing cost?

Although there isn't a simple way to answer that question—our framing options range from simple narrow wood frames to complex hand-carved 24K gold frames, with many options in between—we do have a wide array of budget-friendly options, including several in-stock mouldings and some overstock items and remnants from previous jobs. We do our best to work within any budget, so please let us know if keeping costs down is one of your principal considerations. While we specialize in design-driven framing rather than always being the cheapest place in town, rest assured, our pricing is honest and fair.

How do I prepare for a consultation?

First and foremost, bring the item(s) you want to frame! If you have an idea where you will display the completed piece, snap a few photos of the space, bring along a paint chip, and note if there are other frames or even furniture pieces you want to match. It's also helpful to know how much natural light is in the room. Have you seen something somewhere that you particularly liked with regards to frame style or color? Bringing photos of that is also great—knowing more equips us to make your framing project perfect for you!

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to make an appointment?

You don’t need to have an appointment, but we encourage you to schedule one so that we can provide you with the best service possible. Sometimes our staff is out on a delivery or otherwise engaged, so having a set time will ensure that someone is available for your framing design session.

How long does it take to get something framed?

Our standard turn-around time is 2-3 weeks, depending on the materials you select. However, we do carry a few items here in stock and may even have overstock or off-cuts that might work for your project. If we’ve got it in stock, we can usually get something done in a few days if you need it in a rush.

How do I know when my framing job is ready?

When your project is completed and ready for pickup we will call, email, or text, depending on your preference!

I only need a mat or glass; can you help with that?

Of course! We work with many artists and makers who only need a component for their own project, or perhaps you already have a frame and it just needs something extra. We're happy to help you out!

Do you repair broken frames?

Sometimes. It really depends on the damage, and we can’t evaluate it until we see your item in person.  You can either bring the item in to the gallery, or reach out via our contact form at  the bottom of this page!  We’ll give you an honest evaluation and do our best to help.

Do you stretch canvases?

Yes! If you have something rolled up, we can stretch on our bars or yours.

I have a ______. Can it be framed?

We’ve framed many fun objects, from golf clubs to lawn mower blades! If something has meaning or significance and you want to display it, we can find a way. We go beyond the typical sports jersey here and love being challenged.

How do I hang my artwork?

We ensure every piece framed here has the appropriate hardware included to hang your piece. If you need some additional tips, read our blog post on hanging artwork in your home!

My framed piece won't fit in my car! What do I do?

We have a large shop van and delivery of your artwork is available. Please mention this when designing your piece with us and we can arrange delivery.

Do you make mirrors?

Absolutely! We work with individuals, designers, and custom builders all the time to create unique, customized mirrors.

Can you frame my TV?

Yes, we do that too!
